Because this is a digital program with immediately accessible content, and because we only accept a limited number of participants to ensure a high-touch experience, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

We kindly ask that you enroll with clarity and intention.

However, we’re also human. If you believe there’s been an error or extenuating circumstance, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at [insert email], and we’ll review your request personally. No refunds will be issued after this window.

To ensure we provide the best guidance, coaching, and resources possible, here’s what you can expect from our support structure:


🧠 Weekly Support

  • New content drops each week, including intentional movement, mindset coaching, and a StrongHER recipe with a meal plan and shopping list.

  • Educational videos from Dr. K are included to help you understand why behind every move and strategy—so you’re not just following instructions, you’re leading yourself.


💬 Community Support

  • All members get access to our private community space where you can:

    • Ask questions

    • Share wins and challenges

    • Get support from fellow members and the Strong & Steady Her™ team

  • Dr. K will check in regularly to provide encouragement, insight, and guidance.


📩 Direct Support

  • If you have a question specific to your account, access, or need technical help, email [Insert Support Email Here]

  • Response time: within 48 hours Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • For VIP Concierge clients, you’ll receive personal contact options outlined during onboarding


⛔ What We Don’t Offer

To protect your energy—and ours—we do not offer:

  • 24/7 messaging access

  • One-on-one coaching through the group program (unless you’re a VIP client)

  • Crisis support or emergency medical advice

If you need more personalized support, consider applying for our VIP Concierge Experience, where you’ll work with Dr. K directly.
