Refund & Certification Policy

At The Institute for Women's Metabolic Health™, we are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience that empowers clinicians and wellness professionals to confidently support women through evidence-based metabolic and lifestyle medicine principles.

Because this is a digital certification program with immediate access to proprietary educational materials, resources, templates, and coursework, all tuition and enrollment fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

We encourage prospective students to enroll thoughtfully and ensure the program aligns with their professional goals before registering.

Certification Is Earned, Not Purchased

Enrollment in this program does not guarantee certification.

Certification is awarded only to participants who successfully complete all required coursework, assessments, case studies, practical assignments, examinations, and any additional competency requirements established by The Institute for Women's Metabolic Health.

Students are responsible for demonstrating mastery of the material and meeting all certification standards.

Failure to complete required coursework, assessments, assignments, examinations, or competency requirements does not qualify a participant for a refund, partial refund, or automatic certification.

The Institute reserves the right to withhold certification if a participant does not demonstrate satisfactory competency, professionalism, ethical conduct, or successful completion of program requirements.

Student Responsibility

By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your participation, progress, and completion of the program.
  • You understand that certification must be earned through successful completion of all requirements.
  • You understand that enrollment alone does not guarantee certification, professional credentials, employment, licensure, income, business success, or specific outcomes.
  • You are responsible for complying with all program policies, deadlines, and academic integrity standards.
  • You understand that individual results will vary based on effort, engagement, prior experience, and application of the material.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can occur.

If you believe there has been a billing error or extraordinary circumstance, please contact us within seven (7) days of your purchase at [INSERT EMAIL].

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Institute for Women's Metabolic Health. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

No refund requests will be considered after the seven-day review period.

Our Commitment to You

We are committed to providing a supportive, educational, and transformational learning experience.

In return, we ask that you come prepared to learn, engage, ask questions, and fully participate in the certification process.

Our goal is not simply to help you complete a program.

Our goal is to help you become the knowledgeable, confident, and capable professional that women deserve.

We’re not here to trap you—we’re here to support your transformation.
If you’re ready to lead yourself differently, we’re honored to walk with you.

Student Support Policy

At The Institute for Women's Metabolic Health™, we are deeply committed to supporting our students throughout their educational journey. To ensure a positive experience for all participants while maintaining clear expectations, we have established the following support guidelines.

Our Commitment to Student Success

We are dedicated to providing a high-quality learning experience through structured coursework, educational resources, community support, and program guidance.

Our goal is to help students confidently progress through the certification curriculum while developing the knowledge and skills required to successfully complete the program.

Certification Program Support

Enrollment in the certification program includes:

  • Access to all course materials and educational content
  • Technical support related to platform access
  • Clarification regarding course assignments and program requirements
  • Community-based support opportunities (if applicable)
  • Scheduled group Q&A sessions (if offered)
  • Administrative support related to enrollment and program logistics

The certification program is designed as a self-paced educational experience. While we strive to provide helpful guidance, enrollment in the certification program does not include individualized coaching, business consulting, clinical case review, personalized feedback on patient cases, or unlimited access to faculty.

What Is Not Included in Certification Enrollment

To maintain fairness for all students and preserve the integrity of our educational programs, certification enrollment does not include:

  • One-on-one coaching calls
  • Individual business mentorship
  • Personalized patient case review
  • Review of treatment plans or recommendations
  • Direct access to instructors for ongoing clinical guidance
  • Unlimited email, text, Voxer, or private messaging support
  • Customized career planning
  • Practice-building consulting

Questions requiring individualized strategy, detailed case analysis, business consulting, or personalized implementation support fall outside the scope of standard certification enrollment.

Mentorship Program

For students seeking individualized support, direct access, clinical guidance, business development assistance, or hands-on implementation coaching, we offer a separate Mentorship Program.

The Mentorship Program is specifically designed for professionals who desire personalized feedback, accelerated growth, and direct guidance throughout their journey.

Mentorship may include:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions
  • Individualized clinical case review
  • Personalized business strategy
  • Practice development support
  • Patient communication guidance
  • Accountability and implementation support
  • Direct access to mentorship resources and feedback

Guaranteed One-on-One Attention

The Mentorship Program is the only program within The Institute for Women's Metabolic Health that includes guaranteed one-on-one attention and individualized support.

Students who desire personalized feedback, direct access to faculty, customized guidance, or individual mentorship should enroll in the Mentorship Program.

Because mentorship clients receive dedicated time and attention, mentorship enrollment is separate from certification enrollment and subject to additional fees.

Respecting Program Boundaries

To ensure we can serve all students effectively, requests for individualized coaching, patient-specific recommendations, business consulting, extensive assignment review, or ongoing private support may be redirected to mentorship opportunities when appropriate.

These boundaries allow us to maintain a high-quality experience for both certification students and mentorship participants.

We Want You to Succeed

Our certification program provides the education, framework, and tools necessary to build confidence and competency in women's metabolic health.

For those who desire a deeper level of support, accountability, and personalized guidance, mentorship offers a direct pathway to accelerated growth and individualized attention.

Both programs are valuable. They simply serve different purposes.

Certification provides the education.

Mentorship provides the personalized guidance.

We encourage students to choose the level of support that best aligns with their goals, learning style, and desired level of access.
